The Opium Wars were about the a drug that the British traded with Chinese people. This was traded secretly because the Chinese refused to trade with the British, So the British decided to "kill" the Chinese people in order to get what they want, which was Tea. But the Chinese emperor decided they didn't like this Drug because eventually the Chinese population started dying of. However England refused to stop selling this drug. Then the war broke out this war was called the Opium war. This war was called the Opium war because of all the people the drug killed in China. The only reason England won because the English were more advanced then the Chinese. Chinese were not that because they were isolated for so long and they also thought they were more better then everyone else because of their old culture.

The main Europeans looked in Africa for rubber, gold, wood, ivory, iron, sliver, and they wanted the African people to change their religion. Robespierre and the Reign of Terror

The Reign of Terror was controlled by Robespierre and the terror started 10 months after the french revolution had ended.
